Refund & Return Policy
At Que Linda Atelier, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at erinraelopez@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
